We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Quote request form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your town or postcode (optional), a preferred date for a visit or start (optional) and the details of the job.

Please don't include sensitive information (for example about health) in your message. We don't need it to answer your enquiry.

We use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry by email or phone;
• prepare a quotation and confirm any visit or start date with you;
• carry out and administer the work if you go ahead.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not add you to marketing lists and we never sell your details.

When you submit a form, your details pass through a secure form-handling service that forwards your enquiry to us by email. It does not use your information for any other purpose.

We don't share your information with anyone else unless we need to in order to carry out work you have asked for, or we are required to by law.

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page (such as your IP address and browser details) and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.

The website also loads its fonts and styling from Google Fonts and a content delivery network, which receive your IP address in order to send those files to your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to prepare a quotation. If you become a customer, we keep the information we need for the work and for our legal, insurance and accounting obligations for as long as those obligations require. After that, we delete it securely.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To make a request, call us on 01443 394041 or write to us at our address.
